B_03.02 — ICT providers signing

Purpose

This template records which ICT third-party service providers are signatories to each contractual arrangement. While B_03.01 captures the financial entity side, this template captures the provider side of the contract signature.

Each row links a provider (from B_05.01) to a contract (from B_02.01), establishing the legal relationship between the provider and the arrangement.

Vendor management or procurement teams maintain this template when contracts are signed, renewed, or when provider details change.

Validation Rules

  • Arrangement reference must exist in B_02.01. The contract being signed must be registered in the general contractual arrangements template.
  • Provider must exist in B_05.01. The provider identified as a signatory must be listed in the ICT providers master list.
  • Provider code type consistency. The code type used to identify the provider (e.g., LEI) must match the identification method used in B_05.01.

Common Mistakes

  • Provider code mismatch with B_05.01. The provider ID and code type must exactly match the entry in the providers master list. Inconsistent identification codes are a frequent source of validation errors.
  • Missing provider signatories. Every contract should have at least one provider signatory. Arrangements without provider records suggest incomplete data capture.
  • Confusing financial entity and provider signatories. Financial entities sign via B_03.01; ICT providers sign via B_03.02. Entering a provider in B_03.01 (or vice versa) is incorrect.
