B_02.03 — Intra-group links
Purpose
This template links intra-group ICT arrangements to the external contractual arrangements they depend on. When one group entity provides ICT services to another group entity, and that internal service relies on an external provider, this template captures that dependency chain.
Each row maps an intra-group arrangement reference to an external arrangement reference, both of which must exist in B_02.01. This allows regulators to trace the full dependency path from internal service consumption through to external provider contracts.
The group ICT risk management function is responsible for maintaining these links, typically during the annual register review or when new intra-group arrangements are established.

Validation Rules
- Both references must exist in B_02.01. The intra-group arrangement reference and the linked external arrangement reference must both correspond to valid entries in the contractual arrangements general template.
- Intra-group arrangement must be flagged as intra-group. The referenced intra-group arrangement should be properly classified in B_02.01.
- No self-references. The intra-group reference and the linked reference must be different arrangements.
Example
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Intra-group Arrangement Reference | CA-2025-IG-001 |
| Linked External Reference | CA-2025-001 |
Common Mistakes
- Referencing arrangements not in B_02.01. Both the intra-group and external arrangement must be registered in B_02.01 first. Creating links to nonexistent arrangements triggers referential integrity errors.
- Linking two external arrangements. This template is specifically for linking an intra-group arrangement to its underlying external dependency, not for linking two external contracts together.
- Missing links for dependent intra-group services. Failing to create the link when an intra-group ICT service relies on an external provider.
